Riverside Mountain Retreat
 Quiet and remote are factors that create the perfect getaway. This mountain home/cabin is a large, two story house with a huge sleeping loft. The furnished house includes a fully equipped kitchen,
washer, drier, dishwasher, full-size freezer, bath and a half, and a bumper pool/game table.
Your front door is 75 feet from the Naches River. The area includes a garden and a small orchard on one acre of remote forest land. No cell service & no TV. Outgoing calls can be made from the gift shop. No pets. No smoking is allowed within 15 feet of the house.
Relax and enjoy Mother Nature at her finest. Activities could include, but are not limited to hiking, boating (Bumping Lake is 20 miles away), fishing, river play, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, a visit to Mt. Rainier National Park or explore Boulder Cave. The Yakima Valley's famous wine country is about one hour away.
Nearby entertainment: Woodshed Restaurant & Lounge (2 miles), Gold Creek Restaurant & Lounge (2 miles), Squaw Rock Resort & Restaurant (1 mile), and Mary's Place Gift Shop (the little pink cabin hiding in the trees across the lane).

Rental Cost:
The entire house (sleeps 10) rents for $250 per night. Or, you can just rent the lower level, with the master bedroom for $175 per night.
Minimum stay is 2 nights. If you rent 3 nights, the 4th night is free.

Things to Do in the Area
Create your own northwoods adventures which could include: day trips, fishing, biking, hiking trails or scaling a mountain. Sit around a campfire, tell ghost stories and eat smores with hot chocolate. Chase squirrels or pitch a tent by the river. Get those binoculars out and do some bird watching or simply sit in the swing at river's edge, sip on a glass of wine and watch the ducks, beavers and other wildlife that come to drink and play there.
Mary's Place is a place to go and make some memories.

 Come to the mountains! Just thirty minutes from Yakima in the heart of the beautiful Wenatchee National Forest you will find my unique mountain boutique. The shop features our exclusive line of Northwoods products including handmade soaps, homemade preserves, salad dressings, pie mixes, soups, picked vegetables, and gourmet bread mixes, just to mention a few of them.
The shop also features my exclusive line of 'Homemade by Mary' items, including aprons. The focus of our gift line is Made in America, mostly made by Mary. Also look for other items made by David, my husband, including candle holders made from French oak wine barrel staves.

There are no factories, assembly lines or huge vats to stir. Every jar and bottle is personally inspected by me and I demand perfection from myself. Mother Nature's freshest produce is used to create my Northwoods treats. As fine wines vary vintage by vintage, so do my products batch by batch The fresh taste says it all. ENJOY!
