The Fun of a Tea Party!
 Conversation with good friends over a steaming cup of tea is a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. At Mary’s Place your tea table is in the north woods of the Wenatchee National Forest of Washington State. The view from the Tea Room window includes the Naches River, towering evergreens, woodland critters and, of course, the North Woods Garden. Everyone is welcome to stop by and relax with a hot cup of Market Spice tea, while sampling our North Woods gourmet breads and homemade preserves.
 For those interested in having a truly special and unique experience, schedule a “High Tea Party”. This event typically spans 2-4 hours, depending on how long you’d like to stay and enjoy. The High Tea Party includes all the trimmings, relaxing music, candlelit chandeliers and tables, china, crystal, linen napkins and the many fun treasures contained in the gift shop, and it includes a multiple course meal which you select from six available tea party menus. If you prefer something on the lighter side, it’s always your choice. It’s your party and what you want is what you will get. All you have to do is to reserve your party time and be prepared to relax, enjoy and be spoiled by me!
Take a break during the party, or after the party to browse the shop and tour the grounds. A favorite activity of spring and summer visitors is to take a walk through the North Woods Garden to view the blooming blueberries, herbs, flowers, raspberries, apple & pear trees, and the newly developed herbal medicine wheels.

These are sample menus and can be customized. It’s your party and your day – tell us what you want! Occasionally we may need to substitute and ingredient due to seasonal availability. We can easily cater to the special dietary needs of anyone in your group.
